High performance – paint line

general description

The complete system is approximately 130 m long and 14 m wide. Individual components can also be purchased .  The painting system is designed for processing MDF and HDF boards and feed rates of up to a design speed of 30 - 87 m/min are possible.

Painting system speed

• Design speed: 30 - 87 m/min
• Working speed: constant, at 50 Hz approx. 60 m/min
• Gaps between the panels: Standard gap approx. 50 - 100 mm, from panel length approx. 4,500 mm possible with length 2,800 mm max approx. 1,700 mm
• Painting system speed during stack change: max. 80 seconds
• Transport speed stack pallet infeed and outfeed 12 or 12/6 m/min, pole-changing
